Planning approval has been granted for the upgrade of existing windows from uPVC to double glazed powder coated aluminium, slate roof over the existing conservatory, slate hanging to the main façade of the dwelling and change of balcony guarding from glass panels to a more in-keeping with the period of the property, powder coated steel.
