We are delighted to have achieved consent under Policy 3 of the Cornwall Local Plan for a single dwelling in Carnbargus near Perranporth. the outline planning application with all matters reserved was submitted in November 2018, taking 10 months to gain approval. Throughout that period, we have worked with other consultants to overcome all the technical issues raised by the council and their consultees.
