Truro City Football Club – Latest Phases
Building on from our initial phase of involvement to establish Truro Sports Hub, the home of one of Cornwall’s leading sports clubs, Truro City FC, our CAD Architects and CAD Planning teams have continued to support The Tinners and Truro City Chief Executive Robin Karkeek with the development of the West Langarth site.
This next exciting chapter includes: a new clubhouse, increased stadium capacity, community and health facilities, accommodation, employment space, retail, food and drink, and other complementary commercial uses alongside the new community 3G pitch.
The proposals have been carefully considered to enhance Truro Sports hub, the match day offering and experience. The proposed works also provide a mixed-use development which will serve as a wider community hub destination for Truro and Cornwall.
The proposals illustrate our early development of concept proposals for this phase and will proceed to consultation and detailed design in due course.
