Overglazed Extensions

Providing target and area-weighted U-value calculations for extensions with over 25% glazing, supporting compliance with current building regulations where standard elemental targets may not apply. We assess glazing ratios, thermal performance, and fabric specifications to demonstrate equivalent energy efficiency, helping to achieve well-balanced designs that maximise daylight while minimising heat loss and overheating risk.

Thermal Imaging

Using thermal imaging surveys to identify heat loss, insulation gaps, air leakage, and moisture-related issues within existing buildings. Our assessments provide clear visual insight into building performance, helping to inform targeted improvement strategies that enhance energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and the long-term condition of the building fabric.
