Residential refurbishment to create open plan kitchen/living area to a Victorian property, involving the replacement of existing porch to front of house; construction of a single storey orangery style conservatory with attached wetroom in existing rear courtyard and extension to existing two storey outbuilding to provide enlarged first floor studio and ground floor games room.
