Careful building conservation work has led to the complete restoration of this historic Wesleyan chapel. This has given the property a new lease of life and returned it to its former glory.

PENRYN TOWN HALL
Dominating the centre of Penryn, the historic town hall was in need of significant building conservation work. CAD Heritage were commissioned to create a new dome and weather vane installation for the hall.
PINK COTTAGE
Pink Cottage in St Mawes was a satisfying project for Steve Hooper, who oversaw the refurbishment and alteration works of a Listed Building, the careful merging of two houses and also the use of creative garden design from Jo Penn.
