PARKLANDS

 
Parklands is now a contemporary development of 13 new detached dwellings. The site was originally a single dwelling in significant grounds, located close to the centre of Truro.

As residential development architects, CAD worked with Gilbert and Goode to bring forward a previous reserved matters consent whilst honing and improving the design and appearance of the individual dwellings.

The resultant completed houses have been well received.
