LONGWOOD ORCHARD

Proposed replacement dwelling outside of Bristol for a private client. The generously sized house is a contemporary design with a room-in-roof arrangement intended to maximise living space. The design draws upon local materials with use of local brick and coloured zinc offering a modern interpretation of local clay tile roofs.

The proposals achieved planning approval with officer support despite significant planning constraints, being within the Green Belt and a Special Area of Conservation.
