This summer CAD Heritage achieved Listed Building Consent for refurbishment and alteration works to an imposing Grade II Listed house in St.Tudy to meet the needs and tastes of its new owners. The works are focussed on the creation of a generous open plan Kitchen-Breakfast space from the house’s existing Kitchen and Boot Room, complemented by the addition of new French doors opening onto an existing garden terrace.
The proposals also include the creation of a new guest WC within an existing Utility Room-Pantry space, the re-lining of internal walls, tanking of the basement and alterations to an existing staircase to improve the appearance and functionality of the house’s principal entrance.
